TEAMWORK

MORRIS FRANCO chose TEAMWORK as a trait for success:

AS A CHILD, NOW, HOW CAN YOU PRACTICE TEAMWORK?

To practice teamwork you must be a team player. Meaning you’re fun to be around. For example, when you’re playing basketball, don’t hug. Pass around. Or, when you’re playing football and you’re the quarterback. Don’t always pass to the best player, even if he is double teamed. Take a chance. Pass to another player. Maybe he’ll be almost as good. Honestly, what do you think is more fun: Doing a project by yourself or doing it with a friend? Take Steve Jobs. He created a multi-million dollar business. But, he got kicked out of the company he started, for not being a team player. So, overall this is why I feel teamwork is important.
