Managing your anger is very important. It helps you interact with others. Anger management is very important because a lot more people will like you. For example, you’re playing in a hockey game and your whole team is playing well, except for one person. He knows, he is not very good. Even though you’re angry, you can’t let it out on him. If you do, it could hurt his feelings and he’ll never forget what you said. But, if you go up to him and encourage him, by telling him he’s a great player it will really make him happy. You shouldn’t only be nice to him while playing hockey. You should be nice to him off the court as well. Most likely, he doesn’t have lot of friends because people think he is a loser. You’ll be friends with a really great guy. Now, look what managing your anger did for you.
